Arena Projects was called on by Cardiff City Football Club to help produce their End of Season Dinner & Awards for the 2021/22 season. Taking place at Cardiff City Stadium following the Bluebirds’ final home match of the season, Arena Projects worked closely with the in-house team to produce the show for the evening.

Our team delivered AV Coordination, Event Show Calling, Supplier Management, Presenter Booking & Coordination and Entertainment Booking.

Arena Projects brought in experienced presenter and lifelong Bluebirds fan Rhydian Bowen Phillips to lead the show, and fast-rising DJ Katie Owen to ramp up the party atmosphere. Congratulations to all the winners on the night, and to CCFCs in-house team for producing great VT packages and stings for the awards.
